What is Body SDS?<\/b><\/p>

Even Body SDS treatment is based on recognized techniques, such as various massage techniques, breathing techniques, acupressure and zone pressure, mobilizing joint releases and possibly conversation therapy, which together form an effective tool to alleviate the discomforts that modern man can have when a busy everyday life must be connected, and both stress and pain in the body can be frequent.<\/p>

There is today an increasingly widespread view that our body and psyche are connected as a whole. And it is precisely in this view that Body SDS takes its starting point. Everything we experience, both positive and negative, is stored in our body in different ways.<\/p>

The focus in Body SDS treatment is on solving the causes and not just treating the symptoms. Body SDS works on the basis that the cause of the pain is not necessarily in the same place as the pain itself.<\/p>

Body SDS strengthens the body to be able to recover and thus heal itself. The treatment is drug-free, takes place on a table and does not require long courses of rehabilitation or psychological consultation.<\/p>

How does Body SDS treatment take place?<\/strong><\/p>

Body SDS treatment always starts with an initial interview, where you talk about the physical or psychological problems you have. Here you can tell how you feel and what you would like to get out of the treatment.<\/p>

After the interview, I leave the room briefly so that you can strip down to your underwear and lie down under the blanket. Afterwards, I begin the treatment itself with guided breathing techniques and a deep and pulsating massage of the whole body, as well as activation of the circulation and lymphatic system, the body's ability to heal itself is supported. This opening allows the body to get rid of the accumulated waste products, so you get more out of that action.<\/p>

Many experience a feeling of inner peace and greater body awareness after one or more treatments with Body SDS treatment.<\/p>

I have a strong focus on meeting you \"where you are\" and helping you achieve your goals.<\/p>

You will experience being an active part of the treatment yourself, and when you feel challenged, I will guide you in your breathing. Only by breathing correctly can the body let go of whatever it is, a tension or a feeling.<\/p>

During treatments, I also like to talk to you about where you are in your life right now and how you really feel. Everything that happens at the board is confidential, nothing is wrong here, and no topic is too small or too big.<\/p>

The treatment is rounded off with a short conversation, where any feelings and experiences that have arisen during the treatment are discussed. There may be soreness and fatigue, which will disappear as you rest.
